- How often do you deliver? This is a weekly home delivery service. Your delivery time does not change. Example; Wednesday morning at 5:00 a.m. would be your delivery time each week give or take fifteen minutes. You can count on it!
- Are there minimum orders or delivery fees? There are no minimum orders. There is a monthly fuel/delivery surcharge of $1.25.
- Do we have to pre-order? No. If you need extra products simply leave a note for your milkman.
- Are there bottle deposits? Yes. $1.50 per glass bottle. Simply rinse and return the empty bottles for a full refund on your next invoice
- How do we pay for our products? For your convenience, we will bill you monthly. You will receive an invoice your first delivery of each month. This will include all deliveries from the previous month. The billing cycle is from the 1st to the 31st. We will supply a payment envelope. Stamp it and send it or return it with your empty bottles the following week.
- Where does your milk come from? Our milk comes from 6 family farms (most are 4th generation) right here in the Fox River Valley.
- Is your milk rBGH free? Yes. Our milk is farmer certified 100% rBGH free!
- What if I need to skip my delivery? Call our customer service line or leave a note with your empty bottles.
- What if I am not home when the milk is delivered? You can leave special instructions for your milkman or simply leave out a cooler to keep products cold until you return.
